All Rates listed are for single or double occupancy.  Additional guests are $25 per guest. Walk-ins are always welcome, but we highly recommend reservations--especially if you've coming during our high season of November-May.  Low season is June-October.  Let us know if you have any questions.

Please tell us if you require an early arrival or a late checkout.  We also request notice if you will be arriving later than the standard arrival time. Departing earlier than your intended stay may result in, at our discretion, full charges for the forfeited nights if we are unable to re-sell the room.
Breakfast is Served!
We serve our guests complete, well- balanced breakfasts, with lots of traditional and even health-conscious choices. Pleae advise us if there are any dietary restrictions prior to or upon arrival. See: breakfast item list

Minimum Stays & Events
Please be advised that there may be a two night minimum stay during high season and during events.
Smoking Destroys Our History
Guests are not permitted to smoke or use candles anywhere inside, including the rooms.  We charge a cleaning fee of $100 if it is determined someone has smoked in your room.
Call About Our Pet Policy
A $25 one time cleaning fee is added to your stay.

         Payment & Cancellations
Rates subject to change without notice. We charge one (1) night for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.  All rooms subject to 7% state sales tax & 5% county tourism tax.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  A 50% Deposit may be required for lengthy stays and Event Weekends.
